Cancellation policy

Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking and full payment is required on arrival. You can pay for your stay using cash, by cheque, bank transfer (BACS or Faster Payments). We do not accept credit or debit card payments.
 
We hope our guests will leave our Garden Annex as they find it. Any breakages or costs we incur due to you will be chargeable

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time is between 3 p.m and 9 p.m.   Departure by 10:30 a.m. If you wish to have a different time as stated please ask on booking.

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.  We require two (2) full weeks notice of any cancellation. If we cannot re-book the annex in the cancellation time we will have the right to charge the full amount for your booking. We therefore suggest an insurance policy is taken out for such circumstances.

“Pick Up” Service

We do offer a “pick-up” service from airports, train and coach stations and cruise terminals (Southampton).  Please ask about this service when booking.

Pets

We are unable to accommodate pets at the Garden Annex, with the exception of guide dogs and assistant dogs.
